KJV John 10:10
10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
What did he mean when he says "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”?
"⁹ John 3:16
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
" This is the promise of eternal life, within it reveals the hope of Salvation the forgiveness of sins and the unconditional love of God. If one believes and lives within this promise it leads to the next promise and that they might have it more abundantly." The Bible says that the message of the cross is foolishness to those who perish but to us who are saved it is the power of God.
KJV 1 Corinthians 1:18
18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
So, I suggest that Jesus wants us to have an abundant life, experiece the power of God through the biggest gift which is Jesus, Yeshua our Messiah gave us. The gift of the Holy Spirit. Why should you just ask for alms, when He has offered you abundance. The best of what the Kingdom of God offers has the gift of the Holy Spirit as the "good" gift.
KJV Luke 11:9-13
9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
10 For everyone that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?
12 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
So therefore, every time you speak to our Heavily Father, ask for His Spirit to fill you with His presence. This is the key to unlock how Jesus will give you an abundant life is to surrender your life to Him and receive His Spirit.
KJV Galatians 5:24-25
24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
KJV Colossians 4:2
2 Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving.
We can't stop asking, for not only His Spirit but everything else. If you believe, then be careful to present your life in all its facets to The Lord God almighty, totally surrendering to Him through the Holy Spirit, give Him all the detail of your life, embracing all opportunities He gives you, persistent prayer opens your life up for persistent leading of the Holy Spirit. We all need victory over sins, and we all need the Holy Spirit to lead our life. This is how Jesus leads us through the Spirit of God. Let us this day, for this year give God our best by asking, seeking and receiving by faith the Holy Spirit.
Our Father in heaven has put things in your heart to do in 2021 for yourself, your family, His Kingdom from small to big thoughts all He has placed in your heart ❤ . If you need to know, read His word and pray and in these two ways He will reveal what you should ask of Him.
The prayer of the contrite heart unlocks the treasure house of supplies, and lays hold of omnipotent power. This kind of prayer enables the suppliant to understand what it means to lay hold of the strength of God, and to make peace with him. This kind of prayer causes us to have an influence over those with whom we associate. The prayer of faith is not listless, dry, and uninteresting. It wells up from perfect trust and assurance, and by its fervor makes manifest to the world, to angels, and to men, that you do believe in God, and have made Christ your personal Saviour.
I would suggest that when you find yourself in a quiet place with God you exercise some watchfulness and write down your needs, desires, grand ideas write them all down, ask for the Holy Spirit and through the gift of the Holy SPirit take these prayer requests forward. Being Watchful is essential to the life Jesus has on offer by promise to us. If we are hungry enough to move from lukewarm Christianity to Hot, if we are hungry enough to move from spiritual poverty to abundance, we will be compelled to ensure our thoughts, habits and actions positively contribute to the fulfilment of our prayers. Our prayers can be a sum total of our desires, needs or mission for the day, week and year
Sister white encourages us to:
Speak and act in harmony with your prayers. It will make an infinite difference with you whether trial shall prove your faith to be genuine or show that your prayers are only a form.{COL 146.2}
Our prayers are most powerful when backed by bible promises. Therefore, finding bible promises relating to your request, is akin to prayer in the Will of God, as you are asking for what he has promised by principle or by word. This is power, this is transformation.
KJV Romans 12:2
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Therefore, why do we not always to speak and act in harmony with our prayers if we are transformed, if we are Spiritual if we are led by God it will be fully reflected in what we say on text, email social media, what we say at church at home in business at play. What we do for God, with others for others. Our Spirit led life is power. Our words are powerful.
Therefore, speak life not death, Speak Life that is faith. Commune with God to get the fullness of life
KJV 2 Corinthians 4:13
13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
KJV Ezekiel 36:26
26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
We were made in the image of God; we are told that HE resides in us through the Holy Sprit. This new heart is the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Just like how when we get baptised, we are fully immersed in water. WE are to be fully immersed, fully consumed, covered in the Holy Spirit. This is the gift that is promised, and we must learn to daily ask for the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the filling of the Holy Spirit the leading of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, when we are led by the Spirit of God, we can speak in faith the promises he has given, and they become life for us. They become creative, restorative, reformative because our words can bring life. Our faith backed words bring life, that can restore life. Not just to us but to those who hear them. This feeds into the truth about the abundance Jesus has promised through the comforter that He sent.
Albert barnes once commented on "continue in prayer" That is, do not neglect it; observe it at all stated times; maintain the spirit of prayer, and embrace all proper occasions to engage in it; compare the Luke 18:1 note; Ephesians 6:18 note; 1
Furthermore, as we are watchful it conveys a level of alertness to your life and communion with Yeshua
"Our prayers are to be as earnest and persistent as was the petition of the needy friend who asked for the loaves at midnight. The more earnestly and steadfastly we ask, the closer will be our spiritual union with Christ. We shall receive increased blessings because we have increased faith. COL 146.1
Our part is to pray and believe. Watch unto prayer. Watch, and co-operate with the prayer-hearing God. Bear in mind that “we are labourers together with God.” 1 Corinthians 3:9.
labouring together is not only for the Gospel but for you to live out the Life, the talent the desires, the mission that God has placed in your heart to experience.

Commit our works unto the Lord and He shall establish your thoughts

We were made in his image and his Spirit resides in us therefore when you pray and are determined to take big actions in faith. You are without fear doing the Will of God. This is power, this is life abundant.
Let me share a story about this
KJV Acts 3:1-10
1 Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.
2 And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple, which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple;
This man is only able to ask and only expects alms, change, pennies from the people of God and possibly God himself. AS this is all he has known. However, lets continue
3 Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.
4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.
5 And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.
6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ (Yeshua Hamashiach) of Nazareth rise up and walk.
7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ancle bones received strength.
Notice in this case they used both Words hat gave power, creative power, restorative power then took big action by taking this man by him hand and lifting him up from his depression, his disability, his suffering, his dispair. Lets continue
8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God:
10 And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.
The life of those who are Hot, of those who uphold the commandments of God and the testimony of Yeshua our Messiah ( Jesus Christ). Is a promised filled Life. Where God holds up a standard against your enemies. Where this standard is there is power this is abundance
KJV Proverbs 16:3
3 Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.
This is abundance. What a poweful life that your thoughts are even stablished by faith it shall be done what you have commited in prayer to your Heavenly Father.
Why should you live any longer in the flesh? Why should you be lukewarm and live in a sinful average life. Have a dull average marriage, think that you are in a dead-end job. Why should we be fruitless, why should we accept the lies of fallen angels that we have no power to recover, restore, heal, or build up.
Confidence in your salvation, confidence in Yahweh confident to speak life into your prayers, confident to have prayer requests backed by bible promises. faithful to speak your convictions, faithful to think big and take big actions of faith. Watchful to ensure that you say and what you do is in harmony with the will of God and therefore your prayers that you have presented to God.KJV Proverbs 16:3

KJV Mark 11:24
24 Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
In this scripture out saviour emphasises that we must believe that you have received what you have ask. So, this mindset, this belief should reflect in what you say and what you do. It is not presumption it is real faith.
God discuses this concept or prayer and meditation throughout as it leads to massive action for his Children and the building of Kingdom of God and the experience of abundance in life
for example, in Joshua 1:9
KJV Joshua 1:8-9
8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
Your bible based promises that is aligned to your prayer requests is the same as meditating on the law the Word of God as you review scriptures of promises you must rad them daily go over them believe them and the reward they deliver to you and your family and take action in faith!
For we know that "faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of thing not seen".
You can not rise above your faith COL. How you think , impacts how you believe, how you speak, influences your faith, the action and inaction you have in your life reflects if your faith is a form or genuine. Meditate on what God has put before you day and night. Those desires, the challenges in your life the aspirations he has placed in your heart. Meditate on the promises that you can find that speak to the things you have on your mind that you MUST commit to God. Then go forward in faith Like Joshua and live the best Life God has prepared for you in these last days.
How can you demonstrate your faith? Well we must believe that we have the thing we pettiton for, before we receive it. This is reflected by how you think first, then it materialises by what comes out of our mouth, and what actions we take.
What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
Its not If it will be done. It will be done. We just dont always know when, But if he said He will be done we live in anticipation and in action for that hope.... For those who desire to be fully surrendered are filled with the Spirit of God, Led by his Spirit to have life more abundant.
So if you believe that you will be a minister who will bring people to God in 2021 you will speak like one daily, be on mission seeking and expecting to be received by those Jesus sends you.
If you have requested that your marriage is restored, you will believe and speak life into your marriage and take small steps and you will take big steps or action as you believe you have received.
If you desire to be debt free you will speak life into that state of living and take massive action to make it happen. Believing that God is with you making it happen.
If you desire to be financially independent you will begin to think in the hope, will speak of it and take massive action for by faith all things are possible.
A Promised filled life is one that where you receive a daily outpouring of the
Spirit of God that is backed by faith, one that is watchful onto prayer where faith and works are in harmony with each other. For the prayers of a rightoues man availeth much.
So lets take action today that is followed through daily.
Make a list of the top 3 to 5 things God has put on your heart to receive and do. Meditate on the scriptures and find bible promises that are representing these petitions. Believe that God can bless you or others according to your request. Then take appropriate action in faith. As you accept that faith without works is dead. Faith and works brings life to any situation you find yourself in. Create a list or a vision board, and commit to using it as prayer points
Through His Word, through His Spirit, Yahweh wants to transform us, to renew our minds. So we will think right, pray right, and do His Will. We can have the life Jesus foresaw and have it more abunduntly. Therefore a radical transformation must happen. The world is in turmoil. You don’t need to be!
This change, to take your ministry, your personal needs, your Godly desires to the next level, begins with believing, knowing accepting that God is and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him in prayer. It starts in our mind first
It is time that deep, earnest thought should be given to laying up treasure in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, not thieves break through and steal CS 232.1

Step 1 - Build your faith in the Spirit of God
• Build your faith ASKING FOR the Holy Spirit
Daily trust God with your life and ask for the gift of the Spirit ..Daily
Confess and repent from your sins and allow the Word of God to renew your mind
Step 2 - Think positively always knowing that God keep His promises and can
• Think positively always knowing that God keeps His promises
Commit your thoughts to God, having an attitude of gratitude and expect God to show up in your daily life
Step 3 Pray consistenly and allow your life to be a reflection of your prayers
• Pray consistently and allow your life to be a reflection of your prayers
Pray morning and evening having a list of important life requests
Speak your faith openly
Take big action steps that reflect your prayer requests
We have one opportunity, and its called life. Jesus said "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." He Wants to give life to us more abundantly. How about we surrender to the most high and ask and receive everything He has prepared for us.
Through the Gift of the Holy Spirit we can have a life full of revealed promises we have a work to finish, a life to live a world to impact. Lets commit our life to God, go forward by faith and our Father shall reward you above and beyond what you ask or could even imagine.
